With a Master of Public Health in Family and Community Health from Purdue University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Chinara brings a rare combination: population health expertise paired with disciplined, structured program management. Her career spans leading community engagement initiatives for large member populations, managing provider and patient education programs reaching hundreds of healthcare professionals, and configuring clinical systems across major healthcare technology implementations. That range, from frontline community engagement to behind-the-scenes health systems work, gives her a systems-level view most engagement consultants don't have.
